I have a problem running the game itself as i have bought it since released today
I run it for say 20 mins and then drops into desktop
Im runing the latest computer with all the software and hardware upto date
Is it the driver issue Directx9c or DX10 wether the case im running winXP + SP2 legit
Is it the driver issue with nvidia, i have a 8800gts 512 nvidia card SLI PCI-x
Do i have to wait for a patch to be released or is there one now to download
Can i ask for permission with the moderators content asking someone to help or for a link to where i can download some fix it would be much appreciated but i realizing that the game has just come out i may have to wait
I love the game because i have seen it on the Xbox 360 now on PC waiting so long as usual
This is not inc i heard on the net running experience problems entering Jeuluseum there is a fix for that already
thanks :)

The final is already cracked by RELOADED. I'm sure it will be posted at the site soon. The thing that bothers me is if it will work with the European version of the game. The release date for Europe is 11-April-2008. I just hope that the crack will work with the European version. I'll have to wait 2-3 days to get my retail box. :(

About the crashing problems and the Jerusalem bug: All that referred to the illegal leaked beta floating around the net. I saw a madness about the crashes etc. etc. Well it is better to wait and buy the original game. Probably the final version works ok.

I can't wait to get it in my hands. 2 more days.....

I do believe the european and american are totally different executables, the europeans are getting a special edition of some sort.

If I am not mistaken the PC release of Assassins Creed is Directors Cut no matter what region... :)

I think Europeans get a Steelbook Edition.

But its amazing how AC is totally taken over, I bet most people dont realise Episode 2 of HL2 is out also lol

Well the RLD crack (or the game itself) still crashes every 20 minutes or so. I've gotten a few BSOD on exit also. Still unsure if it's the game or the crack but will post back when i find out, if i do :P And yes its the repack not the original screwed one.

Joe Forster/STA 09-04-2008 19:42

BSOD's don't occur without a reason; you may want to upgrade your drivers, primarily the one for your video card.

AnarchyRising 09-04-2008 19:57

Tried with the latest WHQL and am going to try with the beta release from March '08 (169.44). I know they don't happen for no reason but no other games cause this problem. The card is cooled and complacent. Weird.

What sound card do you have? If it's an onboard sound card make sure you have the latest drivers for it(same goes for the addon cards). Also for the onboard sound cards you have to move the hardware glider in Control panel/Sound to minimum (Ubi support said it, not me, you can check the official forums).
Also the game it's not meant for single core CPU's, though it runs on the high end singlecores relatively okay.

Joe Forster/STA 10-04-2008 04:32

Have you tried without a crack, too?

derpate85 10-04-2008 07:40

English crack works with german version too ;)
