Had a request for this so here it is!

First download this homemade installer:

Password = gcw

Now follow these steps:

1. Create a temp folder and create two folders inside called JCM_CD1 and JCM_CD2. This is REQUIRED as the installer is hard coded to use those folder names!!!
2. Copy the entire contents of CD1 into the JCM_CD1 folder and the entire contents of CD2 into the JCM_CD2 folder.
3. Unrar the downloaded setup.rar into the temp folder so you have JCM_CD1, JCM_CD2 and setup.exe in the same folder, this file structure MUST be kept together or the install wil fail.
4. Burn the contents of the temp folder to a re-writeable DVD and test the install by running setup.exe. If all is OK burn to a normal DVD.

NOTE: If you want DX9 then install it manually from the JCM_CD2 folder!

Also, as long as you keep the new setup.exe and the two folders together you can put them inside a folder or anywhere else on the DVD.
