not so sure its possible to make mini images of tagés protected disks, due to their nature
(duplicate sectors, containing different data)....

Perhaps DABHand is so kind to answer your question.

Its an addon I use for A120% (internal addon) which allows me to read raw from the DVD and it rebuilds as mds/mdf keeping the TAGES (or any other protection intact) but nothing is 100%, I have had a huge success rate.

But since the addon is internal released, I cant give it out sorry :(

This is very strange you say that you have an Internal Addon for Alcohol that can copy Tages and rebuilds mds/mdf files etc etc from whom do you have this ""Internal Addon"" that you speak about, because its strange that you have this addon when Alcohols General Manager doesnt have it as ive just asked him also I myself dont have it and guess what I also work for Alcohol-Soft.

Add to the fact that Alcohol does not use addons I can only summise that "you are speaking a right load of bollocks" when Alcohols Core Team doesnt have this "Addon" then it doesnt exist unless our Dev Team are now giving bits of code out to all and sundry which I somehow dont believe.

Who said I got from A120 staff? And if your on the staff you should know the ways of making tages images with or without A120.

Software doesnt need to use official addons or plugins, there is unofficial also.

World of Warcraft has a private server engine flying around, but that didnt come from Blizzard totally direct. So does other software.

But the addon I have I combined with my legit A120.

But also, staff doesnt need to give out any bits of coding, there is reversing.

Uhm, just to clean up something, "internal" in warez scene talk means a release that shouldn't be distributed widely. (Of course, most of it is distributed, after all, but that's rather the popular stuff than special-purpose stuff...) Here it doesn't mean "internally from the original software developer".
