can somebody give me a step by step setting to burn a backup of a dc backup using nero or clone cd?p

if somebody could be so kind and instruct me into how to burn a back up of a dc backup copy using NERO 5.0 or CLONE CD 2.3.8.4 setting and all. i appreciated any info guys
