Sims Complete No CD patch
 

I'm not that much of a computer person on the technical side so I need some help. I got both of the following No CD patches but I have no clue where or how to use them. (The first two listed.)

If you could tell me what file I need to drop it in or what icon i need to replace it with that would be awesome! Heres a screenshot of the folder so you have something to work with. Additional file screenshots can be added upon request as long as it relevant.

Read the accompanying docs plus the forum FAQ first.

The forums FAQ didn't do anything...

There wasn't any documentation that was downloaded along with the file and the little instructions below download don't help because they are incorrect.
