Overlord Crack not working for anyone else?
 

Latest crack isn't working for me. My cd drive sounds like an airplane taking off every time I start the game. Anyone else having trouble with the crack?

same here. it crashes at the main screen after it loads. hopefully there will be a crack-fix.

Try without the crack; try with and without the original/a backup DVD in the drive (the Hatred v1.4 crack might not be a no-DVD patch, after all, only a fixed EXE; see the note below the download link); which of these work?

Crashes here under Vista 64-bit also with error in kernel32.dll during the first 'loading' screen.

Hey guys. I've been experiencing the same issue... just until now.
First i have tried to do what Joe Forster was advising, i.e. launching the app without a crack with and without the image being mounted. No help it has brought.
Then i just re-applied the patch, copied ALL the files from the crack (it seems that i missed something from the Expansion directory the last time i did it), mounted the image with DT 4.09HE with all emulation options ON, launched the game - and it worked!
Have no idea what's the reason - maybe files from Expansion do matter, maybe it's just me being lucky today. But i managed to go past the loading screen.

@Semisonic: The game hasn't worked with your original disc, without crack?

That worked.... U have to copy the Expansion Folder AND the .exe file,not only the .exe file..
