This patch was released a while ago and adds a complete skirmish mode to the game which makes it much more desirable than a standard patch sadly no no-cd file anywhere.

anyone have any news or able to create one?

There's no 1.0.4.1 patch (to be found on Google); perhaps, you mean the 1.0.4.4 patch? Yes, then rule #6 applies; closed.
