I have had a terrible smash and need help.

I have a game by C1 called World War I.

I have backed up the game and the backup works. But the copy protection wont allow me to play the game from my backup.

Now the SMASH.

My house was burgled and my PC was stolen. In the drive was: You guessed it. The original disk 1.

Now I cannot play the game as it searches for disk 1. I can install from the backup set but that is all.

The game was imported from Australia as a birthday present but now....

Anyone know of a NO-CD patch out there for this game?

get a new disk from the publisher i'd suggest ;)

no original = breaks the rules (you do not legally own the game)
only course of action - exactly what phil8900 said...

hope you were insured...

Closed, forum rule #1. (Yead, "stolen" is not mentioned there... yet.) Get a replacement from the publisher.
