      F1 - Unlimited Ammo

      -------------------

      

      Freeze ammunition on all weapons. Don't mind the bug on 

      the pistols, where only one pistol fires...



      

      F2 - God Mode

      -------------

      

      Enabling this option makes you invulnerable. The only way 

      you can die, however, is falling from heights or throwing 

      yourself in pits...



      

      F3 - 1 Hit Kill

      ---------------

      

      As the name says it, enable the option, enter a fight, and hit 

      your foe one time. Instant death !



      

      F4 - Infinite Oxygen

      --------------------

      

      Sick of choking underwater? No problem. Enable this 

      option...



      

      F5 - Infinite Medkits

      ---------------------

      

      Acquire at least one item in your backpack, and on use, it'll 

      never get consumed...



      

      F6 - Toggle Speed

      -----------------

      

      This option will allow you to travel with a faster-than-regular 

      speed. It can be increased, but then you won't be able to 

      play the game properly :D



      

      F7 - Save Position

      ------------------

      

      As name says it, stop in a spot - let's say right before a tricky 

      jump - and hit F7. Try to jump, and if you see you didn't make 

      it through - half-way through, not when dead - hit F8 to get 

      yourself back @ the saved position ;)



      

      F8 - Load Position

      ------------------

      

      Considering you saved at least on position, use this key to 

      return Lara to it ;)



      

      Note: Load Position option won't work through walls. So, 

      when saving a spot, make sure you're out in the open, or you 

      won't be able to get Lara teleported back to where you 

      saved you coords ;)



      

      That's about it. Have phun...

      a. Unzip the trainer.

      b. Double click on the trainer to run it.

      c. Press the keys for their indicated effects.

      

      Note: options 1-6 are toggled ON/OFF with the same key!

Nice trainer for a very very pish game :P

God that game gave me headaches with the camera movements (which is utterly poorly designed)

Waste of my money that game, but hey :)

EDIT: Not liking the URL redirection when you close the trainer though.

Trainer got updated. No more linking when closing the trainer, from what I've tested. Enjoy ;) And apparently the trainer for HATRED version works with Steam o_O...

What should I do if my virus scanner reported a virus/trojan/etc. in a crack?

If your virus scanner reported the "Win32/Keylogger.HotKeysHook.A" trojan for a trainer, don't worry about it. Yes, the trainer keeps watching your keypresses but only for good purposes: to be able to react to them by (de)activating a trainer function!

Check the suspicious file with another virus scanner and you will see that no, it does not contain any kind of malware. In general, we recommend that you do NOT use McAfee VirusScan or Norton/Symantec Antivirus because they are known to have too many false positives (and false negatives, too). We recommend you to use virus scanners with different, provedly more reliable technologies: AVG Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus or NOD32 Antivirus.

I check all trainers - freeze time trial don`t work; please fix it

Pfft, amateurs. File is "protected" with Perplex-PE Protector. Easily strippable, dumps BReWErS.dll which gets injected in the game and with the help of which the writing is done to the game's memory. The only "virus" here is the incapability of your AV (I assume McAffee) to properly scan packed files. I love it when people guide themselves over what AVs return in a scan...
