Cossacks II - Account lost
 

Hey, I just whipped the metaphorical dust off my cossacks game and tried going into multiplayer, well I realized I don't remember my account, and the game is barbaricly keeping me from the easy way of gaining that information. I have a CD, a code, and I don't want to go out and buy a new game yet. Can anyone come up with a solution?

Do you have already tried the official game support?
What they tell you about your problem?

The support is only by email and can take up to 3 days to reply(but will prob be at least 24 hours, by their last reply)
