S.T.A.L.K.E.R Won't Patch! -__-
 

Stalker is won't patch. I think my registry has been corrupted and I don't want to go through the whole installation process again. Could someone export the Stalker in their registry and copy+paste it here on in a pm so i don't have to bother with a reinstall? I probably only need the installation path. Thx in advance :rolleyes: I'll cross my fingers and hope this works

There is a chance you cant patch your game, because, you are using a crack which doesnt match the CRC of the original executable.

Unless you have that somewhere safe, you will have to reinstall.

TIP FOR ALL PEOPLE: When using a crack do copy the current original file to somewhere safe, so if you need it to update your game its available.

Wtf....Why not??? your not even an admin/mod!! my registry is damaged as I said. I'm not using any cracks I'm happy to use the dvd.

It's because of the little stinky warez kiddies. They download a game-rip and wonder why the update patches don't work.
If you want the registry-entries, then reinstall the game !!!

Reinstalling now....and i will say it's hilarious you people are so sensitive about this specific, legal issue when you know goddamn well people all say they have backups when they don't. I'm sure half the people here engage in some sort of illegal activity but won't admit it because they are cowardly hypocrites. Even some of you self-righteous mods probably have bittorrent running right now ;) . You are all aware of course that cracking a game is ILLEGAL anyway, and this website is full of illegal content. Pretending that you are all legitimate law-abiders and your website isn't fueled by cracking groups around the world is priceless. :D Don't act all high and mighty in my presence when you know godamned well a lot of you are hypocrites
