Legacy of Kain Diviance - Quicksave Patch needed
 

G'day folks

i have legacy of kain deviance here

and it has no quicksave option

so u have to start at the beginning of the level everytime u die which sux.

anyways could someone create something like a trainer even that will allow you to create a save game of where you are in the level

so that when u die u can call it back up.


if someone can do this i'd appreciate it

Creating a savegame function for a game from scratch is impossible. (Unless you have a "memory freezer" function like the Action Replay cartridges on the C64 and the Amiga or Game Wizard 32 Pro for DOS. These saved the whole memory into a file so that everything could be loaded back from the disk. I used Game Wizard very often with Dark Forces, an excellent FPS for DOS without a built-in savegame function...)

Some Laptop/Notebook has a Suspend-Mode.
This mode saves the complete video-memory and the normal-memory to a file on the harddisc and turn the Laptop/Notebook off.
When you then turn it on, it's all back at the same "position".

Wasnt bickering was saving you from looking like you had a warez copy, i.e. the deviance part.

no no its fully legit goodish graphics but is struck down to hell by not having a quicksave option

if someone can make something i'll muchly appreciate it


i dont care if its a bloody save trainer
