Spy Hunter for PC from 2003
 

I have a problem loading the game. When i try to load the game everything looks ok, but after movie sequence it crashes to the desktop. I tried different cracks, but all of them has the same file size (2.396.160 bytes) as the original (spy hunter.exe - also 2.396.160 bytes) and gave the same thing.
I have a powerfull PC and i don't have problems with running the games from 2006 with direct x 9.0b. Can somebody tell me why i can't load the game?

Spy Hunter - PC: crashes after movie sequence
 

When i from the first time run the game, autosave screen showed up and stayed until i hit the enter key and after that trademark screen with game title and theme info showed up and also stayed. I hit the enter key and nothing happens. Then i tried to set compatibility mode for the main file spyhunter.exe to win95 and then run the game again, but this time first autosave screen showed up and very fast trademark screen showed up and after that the movie sequences showed up and when all looked ok, right after the movie sequences it crashes to desktop. I don't know what to try next? Can You help me please!

Are you using the original disc in the drive to play or are you using a NoCD crack??

I am using NO CD crack, but it doesn't work.

......and does it work when playing from the original disc? Without using a NoCD crack?

I think we're getting into a loop here... zelko, read the PC Games forum FAQ about general gaming problems and return to us with proper and specific problems descriptions!

PC games Faq doesn't help me at all.

Have you tried with or without a crack or both? Have you tried upgrading/downgrading your motherboard/video card/sound card drivers? Have you upgraded to the latest DirectX? Have you read the manual and the official support forum for solving common problems with this game?

Right, the FAQ doesn't help at all... Tell us the solutions what you have tried yourself (based on your own ideas or the FAQ) and then we'll try to find some more.

Well i tried different cracks from other sites, but first of all the file for crack is very suspicious to me, because it's the same size 2.28 mb or exactly 2.396.160 bytes and only dates on files are different. I tried different resolutions and even 16 bit instead of 32 bit, it's the same. I also updated my graphic card Geforce 7600 GT drivers and sound card Sound Blaster Audigy drivers.
I can't remember when i had such a case that original file uncracked is the same size as the cracked one. I found the same problem in one forum site on internet where users have the first problem which i mensioned in my first post (first autosave screen and after presing enter, trademark screen showed up and stayed and nothing happens after that no matter which key is pressed). Those users did not solve that first problem with compatibility mode for file. Problem is that i cannot register on that site, because registrations are closed now. Also i am using programs like deamon tools and game jackal, but they are not helping me this time.
First of all i downloaded the game from torrent by dopeman. I downloaded 23 rar files (22 x 32 mb and last 25 mb) which i unpacked and get three files "Spy Hunter (dopeman).bin - 666 mb", "No-CD fix.rar and dopeman.nfo in which is info about the game and on the end of the file it says: just unrar, unpack No-CD fix.rar to get "spyhunter.exe" and then overwrite the file in game directory and that's it. I tried to download the other file from torrent "spy hunter cracked & ripped" about 168 mb, but that torrent is not active.
If i manage to solve the problem or if i download the other version "spy hunter cracked & ripped" and run it, i will post it here!
