Problem with Prince of Persia - The Sands Of Time
 

I'm having a very big problem with Prince of Persia: Sand of Times. When I play, everything in the game is in slow-motion. From the prince to the enviroment and the enemies.

When I start the game there's a pop-up which says:
"Your videocard « NVIDIA GeForce 6800 » is not supported.
This may result in enexected behaviours. Do you want to launch the game anyway?"
I'm not a computer genius, but I think that is were the problem is.

I remember that when I tried to play Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones around a year ago, I had the same problem and eventuelly just gave up trying to fix it.

I've tried tha patch from Ubisoft which is supposed to correct problems for Nvidia GeForce 6800 based videvards without success.

What should I do to solve this problem? I could play these games a couple of years ago without any problems and I know they work! Please help me!

sounds like a driver issue. revert to older graphics drivers and try again

Or update the game so it accomodates the card.

Games from Ubisoft ported for all systems generally don't have any decent patches i was going to suggest him use executable patch Ubi made to fix that problem but since he already did it was I not posted nothing and that the only patch Ubi made of Sot, Warrior With In also had several issues UBi left on the game like the time portal bug and other they left but cancelled the planned patch . T2T also had a pretty small and useless patch to fix a problem with on XP Media center apart from that there aren't any more patches for the POP games I also hear Splinter Cell DA have lot of glitches left but in this ones are pretty severe but Ubi like always in the clouds have released nothing to fix them

The only I cat suggest is try the official POP forums

Apart from that i don't know what else to suggest there a thread with a user having the same issue maybe searching in the old posts you could find something more useful and are you trying to run the game on Vista? that could be making some problems too

I'm also having the same problem and also using a 6800 with vista
