Europa Universalis 3 - Cheat
 

I tried many times to activated the cheat by pressing ~ or Alt +21 numpad but it didn't work. Does anyone have idea why?

Thread moved to "General Gaming"-Forum.

Some keyboards have the ~ in different places.

Could be left of 1 key above the TAB.

Others have it left of the ENTER key.

Try either of them.

I tried to press other ' near the enter but it still didn't work.

Then perhaps you did the whole process of activating the cheat system.
