Madden NfL 2007 long loading time problem
 

Hi

I bought a new PS2 slim yest....madden NFL 2007 takes a long time to load and does not allow me to play. Lets me choose a team and everything but the pre game loading takes ages.

Just to let you know currently I dont have a memory card. Does this create the problem? My other games Brother In Arms and SOCOM work fine. I have no clue y this is happening. I bought PS2 for Madden 2007 and now it doesnt work

I checked for scratches on the Cd.seems fine but makes a lil creaky noise when playing(maybe i m hearing too much)./....

please help me out with this

ajaxn007, Did you buy the game new?? If so return it for exchange. It is possible for a game to be damaged without having scratches. Same with the console, It is possible you got a new console with a poor laser. The "lil creaky noise" you are hearing is the laser trying to focus on the media so its one of the two mentioned. Not having a memory card keeps you from saving game data, the game should still load and play.
