Can Anyone tell me how to make the walls in the houses to stop flashing red?

Actually it's a video card related problem, your video card is too old and needs to be upgraded to one that is specifically mentioned on the system requirements for the game. Integrated graphics cards will not cut it for this game.

You think he has integrated GFX card?

He did not mention this at all. At least let the guy say what his machine has before prescribing an answer.
