D9 2 D5
On the first DVD, put everthing except DISK7-DISK12. On the second DVD, put everthing except DISK1-DISK6. install game, and play the game without DVD:) this Method found by chk001@ali213 |
Techically, it's not a No-DVD - it's a unprotected original EXE.
It's good and all that, but I can't help but feel that this is intentional from Ubisoft, for some reason... :-/ |

Actually I originally misread the title of the thread when I replied to your question so I thought the thread was about Rainbow Six: Vegas! My mistake. Ok, the right way to do DVD2 for 'Splinter Cell: Double Agent' is written below: DVD2 Create a Temp folders on your hardrive. Name this folder Disk2. This will be the Label (Name) of our 2nd DVD. Copy the Disk7, Disk8, Disk9, Disk10, Disk11 and the Disk12 folders, the Media and the Support folders, plus all the files on the Root of the original DVD but NOT the SCDAAutoRun.exe and the Autorun.inf files to the Temp folder named Disk2. Create another folder/s for any Updates, Serial, Patches and or Cracks etc. (Create these folders in the Disk 2 folder.) NOTE: Name this/these folder/s whatever you want. Burn the contents of the Disk2 folder to a DVD5 with the Label: Disk2 NOTE: Game installer will ask for Disk7 half way thru installation so insert DVD2 and the installation will continue. |
I split this one using a different volume label. So. That part is free for the user to come up with.
Or, you can open the autorun.ini/f file, create an entry that reads " label=whateveryouwanttotypehere " |
