Colin McRae Rally 2005

hey guys. really am stuck with this. im using the polish version i beilve, and have managed to get the game to run perfect no probs and in english language. the only f-up is when your playing, the announcer speaks in polish, i tried changing his voice in the game options and go to play but no luck. does anyone have a solution?. thanks a lot

Why do you have the polish version?

Im assuming the original box would have been in polish??

yeah presumably :(. there are multi lang files which enable text to be seen in the language of your voice but the instructors commands when driving a veichle come out in a diff language. say for instance in english the guy would say

hard right or something but its coming out as a load of crap in polish.

even when i changed the commentators voice to the englsih bloke in the menu, didn;t work. :(

Anyways this has nothing to do with game backups, im sure it will be moved.

But no settings in any game options or perhaps a settings file that can be modified in the game folder/save folder?

This questions has still not been answered... If you bought the wrong language of the game (why, oh why Polish exactly?!), read forum rule #1 and expect this thread to get closed.

He 'believes' he has the Polish version!? He is not even sure what version it is!? Sounds all to suspect to me!!

Good then. Time to 1) read the forum rules and 2) contact the publisher for a replacement DVD, this time in the proper language.
