with the PDC World Championship Darts

starting on monday its a real shame that this game hasnt made an appearence in the usual places..

i know darts isnt everyone taste. buts its a superb PC game really have invented a new genre. and thought it would of been great to have this available when the real Championships start. if you havnt heard of this game there is a great demo and screen available here

So if you didnt know about the game. im hoping ive introduced you to what is a great sport and what the demo suggests is gunna be a great game ..oo did i mention its multiplayer singles and doubles.

Since the poster has only made 1 post this could very well be classed as Advertising! :eek:

Unless he's affiliated with the actual game I can't see him advertising this if he's getting nothing in return, seems strange to advertise when it's been advertised on the TV here in UK.

In fact I'm watching the darts now, Ronnie Baxter v Adrian Gray and it's a cracking game of darts, nine 180's already and it's neck and neck at 2 sets all, best of 3 and it's 2 - 1 in legs to Gray, ooohhh I'm so excited I could crush a grape.

And the first shock exit of the tournament as World no 44 Adrian Gray knocks out veteran World no 10 Ronnie Baxter in round 1 as Gray misses an easy 50 finish by landing himself on Double 8 to let and Ronnie in with a chance but he misses an easy 80 finish to let Gray back in to finish him off with a single dart to Double 8 :eek:

I just got the full PDC World Championship Darts game for pc and I love it. I have played darts many times before in local pubs but was always to ingnorant to actually learn how to play the game. Now that I have PDC, I enjoy watching it on the TV and I actually know what's going on...and I know what BarryB is talking about with the scoring, last week I would not have.

I do have a question about the scoring averages in PDC game. I have noticed that there is a running average going on the game. I will see something like this...

Avg. 3 123
L WAT 1

What does this mean and how are the averages figured?
