Hd Loader Problem: I Need Help
 

I have a problem with my ps2 HDD(HD Loader)
I got this game tried to play it but it wouldn't work. So I deleted it, but it also took off 8 of my saved games. Then HD loader start acting up. I tried to fix it w/ WINHIIP 1.7.6 but I keep getting problem reading the drive. If I format it I will loose everything. Can I reload the newest HD Loader with WINHIIP if I format. Do the keylauncher I have that used with HD Loader 0.7c will it work with 0.8b? Or there anything else I can do that will start me from formating. I really need help.
Can Someone give me some help?!!!!

If you get read errors from the drive then you probably already lost most/all the data on the drive. (What hard disk is it - exact brand and type! - and how old is it anyway?) You should either try to reformat it and/or replace it with a working hard disk and use WinHIIP to put the games onto it again. (Why is it a problem if you lose games from the hard disk? You still have the originals anyway!) By the way, I don't have HD Loader, I have a DMS 4 Pro modchip with ToxicOS instead, but it works very similarly...
