Hello sorry if this is against the rules just a little confused, unless I'm missing something this release doesn't work. All it does is run the exe then eventually closes...anyone else having this problem?

Just wondering if maybe it's a fake or something, if so no worries, I just hate switching CD's between games. :p

I recognized the same.
It loads something and then terminates the process. Perhaps because of the [RUSSIAN] and not [EURO] thing? Or a fake...

Yeah starting to think it's just a fake, that or maybe they left out something or maybe it only works on the Russian version. Wouldn't make any sense though the German version works for the US version.

Anybody with a Russian version of the game that can confirm if it works?

Yes dude it works! To get work this NoCD on english version unpack this in game folder http://rapidshare.com/files/5894030/NODVD_1_09_ENG.rar before using russian NoCD.
P.S. Preved from Russia :D.

Heh, I'll be honest I was actually very skeptical about downloading that seeing though you aren't really a regular here and it could be anything so I did download it and scanned it through virus total and Spy Sweeper, came out clean.

So I thought ok, so it's clean probably won't work anyway. Tried it and worked beautifully, much appreciated. Now I can keep BF2 in and I can switch instantly when I get tired of one another. :D

it seems that the russian version is using a starforce protection.

so is that ok to put that on Euro english version?

Well, the exe is cracked, so protection, whatever it is, doesn't fire off. I guess files are needed just to keep compatibility with cracked exe.

But the lags...are here...yet and the frustating loading...

yeah i think he need that file although it's strange he need that Protect file, well as long as the crack is working it's ok.:)

Look for engine.dll date. It's 20 october. So it means that the engine.dll file is from patch 1.07. So don't expect better perfomance and other engine features implemented in patch 1.08 and 1.09. I'm dissapointed...

/edit: Sorry it's my mistake. File is dated on 20 october, but file version is 1.9. So everything is fine.
