Rolling screen on backup psx game

when i play a psx game I got from the uk over the summer on my ntsc psx it rolls , is there anyway i can fix this?

You will need to apply a PAL to NTSC patch. If you search the forum you should find the info.

I tryed sreaching what you said to and found this,"pdx-crus" it says it's a ntsc/pal selecter and that it is for chocobo racing psx, but i'm not sure how to get it to patch my game.

Warlock 06-12-2006 03:54

You need to create a image, Then apply the patch and burn the patched image back to cd-r. Its been a LONG time since i had to patch a PSX image. You will just have to search around and see what you can find as far as patches and PAL/NTSC selectors.

BTW, What game is it? chocobo racing??

catkitten 06-12-2006 05:27

Yes the game is chocobo racing, and thanks I found a thread that explain what I was doing wrong.

Good luck with it catkitten. Hope you get it sorted :)

This is a english only forum!! This forum also is intended to help people make backups from originals that they OWN!!

I suggest you read the forum rules Mystie.

Erm, Mystie originally posted his query in English, it was Mystie who received a silly response in Dutch.

Grumpy 06-02-2007 19:26

@Sidney
The English only comment was meant for both members not using english.

Mystie was told to read the Forum Rules because of this comment:

Did you forget to Close the thread or did someone else re-open it?
