HD loader backup..
 

I searched everywhere on the forum on instruction how to backup HD Loader or to create one from an .ISO image but no solid results.

Can someone help ?

I believe you can make a direct backup of HD-loader using Clone CD. Select "ignore read errors" in the software options menu. You may also want to check out www.ps2hd.com.
