Duplicator fw update
 

I'm trying to update the fw on an ARS2030D/DS controller but the disc is unrecognised. Any ideas what software/format I should use?

Great support from Acard, it seems they use the same manual for every dupe. I thought I had the ARS2030D/DS when in actual fact I have the ARS2030LD.

You can check which you have by going into your system set up (option 12). The last letter of your f/w indicates which controller you have.
