Burning with PowerISO

I want to know how to burn ps2 games to play on my console. I have downloaded a ps2 games using utorrent, afther that I burned the iso file using powerIso my question is after burning it can i play it or do i need to do another thing and is it ok to burn using powerISO? the speed is 4x
