Burning a copyrighted copy???
 

I am try to no avail to get past a 4 second "dummy" audio file . Any suggestions or answers would be deeply appreciated.

Try CloneCD or a favourite of mine for copying protected stuff, DDump 1.10. Both are available from www.gamecopyworld.com as Evaluation versions. Nope, I lie. DDUMP is FREE software!
