Question about FW version
 

i have a doubt
the latest version of the FW hackfor the hitachi drive is 1.3?
and for the samsung 4.2?

is just that i am planning on flashing my 360 and my friends drive
and wanted to be sure.. cause i am a little confused with al the repacking of FW that are coming lately..

both xbox are from feb 2k6

Nope...

The latest Hitachi-LG Firmware is "GaryOPA/Maximus Version 2.3 r2". This is is a stealth firmware, so it appears to MS that it is an original, unpatched firmware if it was to be checked. It also has a media compatibility patch (v2) so that the drive comfortably reads cheaper / less-used media and dyes.

Oh... P.S. - The lastest Toshiba-Samsung TS-H943A firmware is "C4Eva 4.2b" :)
