Gothic 3 Scripting Problem
 

hi guys. when i try and play the game it loads ok but when the bar reaches full i hear the windows error noise and a box open in the background saying could not start scipting oninit or something like that. i can close this and get into the game ok but when the game does load the toturial tells me to take out a sword which isnt in my inventory, i can only walk and turn (no running, cant bring up the inventory or any other sreens), all NPCs stand still and dont itneract with me or one another, and i can fall off of 100ft cliffs and survive. any ideas? i have updated the game and meet all the system specs.

Do you play with original disc or with crack (is only for release update 1.07)? If original disc contact publisher.

just put the script.dll from your original disc in your c:\games\gothic3 (or what you have) and it will run

... but not if you've applied an official update to the game!
