What's the problem anyway ?
Normal Windows works OK, doesn't it ?
And what about games ?
Actually, if your only problem is a boot logo without colors, it might not be worth the effort looking for possible solutions ;)

Sure, if anyone knows what's the cause, but if not, well relax and try to ignore it...

Possibly the bios does not understand the video card correctly, I would check for bios updates for your motherboard and what fixes they contain.
Failing that send an email to MSI support about the problem

also make sure the video card is seated 100% in the motherboard, i've seen weird shit like video corruption occour because of that... overtime it can get a little bit 'loose'..

Is Your Operating system visual okay? Check your motherboard manufactureer websire and ATI forums for known issues. Try Updating the Mobo BIOS, ensuring the card is secure, and don't overlook the Video Bios on the card. Often times you may just need to reflash the Video bios,
