Anyone's having problems with games that reset themselves?
 

First of all, i have a "made in japan" dreamcast. I have burned quake 3 arena and nfl 2k1 fine. When i play the games, the game or my dreamcast resets and goes to the win ce screen. My friend's "made in the USA" dreamcast plays the same games fine. It doesnt reset. Anyone know how to fix this? Please help.....

check your ip.bin and make sure that the japan country code is checked (use ipbin4win, get at xenas site). i am sure that it is if you d/led the game, but i do not know what else it could/would be...

I have the same problem with rayman 2 ...
hope it is the copy cause i have also the same pbm with very cheap CDs ...
Who knows verbatim "colored" cds ?
Are they fine for the DC ?

use kodak 80 min Gold !!!
i have 160 games on those cd´s no problemas but if i use the cheep shit like memorex or something else it doesnt work at all.
