Like the old days, we could send our boxes, ps2's and things to others that have perfected the process. Does anyone know of anyone or a place that performs such a process for a reasonable fee..etc..etc....PM me if you have any info

I'd have to say that installing the chip is probably the easiest part about making x360 backups. I can't help you, but a lot of work is involved and I would not suggest getting you drive modded with a firmware chip unless you are willing to solder yourself. I only say this because you are more likely to brick the drive during the backup process, than you would by installing the chip.
