Razor1911 Revival ?
 

Hey folks,
well I just saw this:

And it kind of made me confused but happy all over at the same time.
If this is the real Razor1911, that's a great major thing, but I assume it's fake ?!
Anyone got a clue or even info (wooo) about it ?

Doesn't matter, Reloaded told them off pretty nicely in the PROPER no-CD patch. ;)

proper wasnt a 'legit' proper though, just reloaded trying to assert their position in the scene...

Why exactly wasn't it a "legit" proper? (By the way, Reloaded doesn't need to assert their position at all as, currently, they're pretty much the only ones being able to crack today's copy protections; with Deviance rarely showing up as second, well behind...)

legit proper, is where the reason for propering is valid, in the nfo dev stated that the opcodes rebuilt by rzr were wrong, when infact the opcodes they said were 'right' vs. razors ones did more or less the same thing, and was not really a valid reason for propering.

As for teams dominating, there really isn't any competition anymore, lots of teams busted, people stopping etc, essentially rld and dev are much of a muchness, both running what is effectively a one man race... wasn't like that a few years ago..

Proper releases is when, perhaps a previous release was bugged, beta or packed wrongly, had errors and the proper does not.

aah didnt think i had to explain 'proper', was just explaining the legitimacy of some propers... cheers nehows dab, i reckon joe probably know what a proper is :)

Yeah, I do. ;) Still, ADD and ADC are not quite the same so mixing up the two can lead to VERY suprising errors, which makes me think that it was actually a real proper... :) [Edit: Ohhh, that was "Rome Total War Alexander WORKING PROPER"; sorry, I guess, I mixed it up!]

Actually, this was my initial question which somewhow turned into a discusssion about 'properness' of cracks... weird...
I asked that question on the website of the Razor demo division, but noone replied...
