Warcraft 3 - TFT - BATTLENET- Please help!
 

Hi all,

I have installed TFT v1.20e with the proper noCD crack. The problem is I can not loggin to battle.net because the key is invalid. I can connect to v-lans but the quality of players is not as good. I have been searching for days now to find a way to make it work.

If anyone has been able to work-around this PLEASE let me know!

You can't play online with no-CD/DVD patches; use a (mini) image instead. (Read the forum FAQ for more infos.)

So what should I look for? A way to create an image? Could you provide more info on where to find how to do this? I am quite noob at this images etc.

Thanks a lot for your help. The faq is extremely helpful. A few (hopefully) last questions though.
1) Should I make the image of
a) the Frozen Throne (which I want to play)
b) ROC
c) both
2) Can an image work eventhough it is not created from the original game disc?
3) Will this let me play in battle net?

1. Make an image of the game you want to play with. (I don't know which game disc you have to insert, to play online...)
2. No, obviously, you have to make a copy of your original disc. (You have it, don't you?)
3. I don't know as I don't play online at all. However, this is what other forum members keep saying.

Ok, The frozen throne is an expansion so I guess I will make an image of this.

I do have the original cd (I have a habbit of collecting them and playing from copied disks which I make). The issue here is that I can not find the box and all the original cds (I recently moved).

So, I will have a look again and check if I can find it. If not any ideas on where to find an image of the latest version?

As for question 3, the battle.net, this is what the whole mess is about. For some reason I can not connect to it. And the funny thing is that I have the ORIGINAL cds. So, wtf can I not loggin? This is what I am really after. I can already play both warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne on my pc. I can't do it through Battlenet.

So, if you can provide any more info I would greatly appreciate it.

Actually, without an original CD-DVD in hand, you're not eligible for support on this forum, as well, so you'd better keep searching, just to be on the safe side... ;) As for your Battle.net problems, if you can't login even with the original CD/DVD (try it first!), you should contact the publisher, as it's not a crack-related problem then. Good luck!
