hai all ..
i wanna know what's software to cut DVD videos, like VCD Cutter on VCD?
and What's software to rip DVD video to Video CD? :confused:

Take a look at the (beloved :D) Nero 7 Suite, Nero 6 could do the job as well...
Well, theres other software, e.g. the whole TMPGEnc series, dunno if Express works with DVDs, just used a trial, wasn't worth buying ;)

I have it at home but haven´t used it, yet. Maybe u can use it for cutting.:)
