Downgrade a 2.6 psp to 1.5

Well not long after getting kernal access to the 2.6 there is a downgrader i downgraded my psp this morning and now once again have a 1.5 psp :cool:

im just wondering why would u wanna do that...if they are almost done with releasing the hacked 2.50 / 2.60 with kernel mode.

homebrew?

i dont play many real games and the ones i do play can work with programs like mph game loader i use my psp mostly for homebrew so now i can just load the homebrew from the game menu rather than have to load gta then pick my eboot and the home button works to exit homebrew now :D

cuase if u have 2.50 or 2.60 with kernel mode it will be like having a 1.5. plus u get the added benefits of avc video playback, internet, etc. im just waiting for the final version to be out so i can upgrade to 2.60 so i can get all the added benefits.

yeah but your still gonna need gta so i'd rather stick with 1.5 because i dont use any of the extra crap maybe if they manage to hack the 2.6 and get homebrew running from the game menu then i would update but for now im gonna stick with 1.5

and there is dev hook that (from what i understand) emulates the 2.5 firmware so you can use all the extras if you want

i hear ya....as for me i have 1.5 so im good. but overall i think im gonna save some dinero and buy a modchip. that way i can have the best of both worlds :cool:

yeah i'm gettin the mod also my bros friend that he works with is getting a bunch of people to put in for it so we can get the bulk discount on the chips
