Resistance between 3.3V and GND
 

Hi,

I just finished installing CC 1.0 chip into PS v7. As a precaution, before putting everything together, I measured resistance between 3V3 (3.3V presumably) and GND points ... the resistance is VERY low, it looks like it is shorted. I removed 3V3 on the chip side, and the resistance is still the same when measured on the motherboard.

Does anyone know what is the resistance supposed to be between 3V3 and GND? Here's the diagram http://www.crystal-chips.com/documen...1/cc1_v7-8.jpg
