Guys im furious with the new patch !
The image wont work anymore and i have to place the DVD in each time i wanna play !!!!! Damn it EA ! ( This time i will only buy BF 2142 if they bundle the no-dvd along with the game :) )
Anyone has a solution about that ?

Try using SD4Hide to hide your emulation software.

1. the new version is 1.3... ;)
2. mini-image (BleH!) works great for me still.

I've never had a need for anything other than the BleH! mini-image for ALL versions of BF2. Never needed anything other than DT...

Well it doesnt work for me.
The Game Starts but soon after it quits on the desktop.
Could be the 1.3 patch but has anyone got the same problem?
I used s4hide too but nada.

Also for me, the mini-image by BLeH! is still working well.

Thats not a problem due to mini-image working. Its simply a problem with the game itself. Many have gotten CTD (crash to desktop) after the patch (also happened to alot of people with previous patches too).

There are 2 things to try,
1. download the full patch (the really big one 400mb or whatever it is) and try to install it on top of the current installation
2. uninstall and reinstall the entire game and after that apply the full patch.

No other way to solve it I am afraid... :(

Didnt work with the full version and im tired of installing and reinstalling the damn game.
