Stronghold v.1.3.1
 

First of all, I've tried EVERYTHING, yes I did try what Dieselbrad said, it did not work, all that happens is that stronghold basicly loads up, it IS in the task manager but I do not get any screen, nothing, no error, nothing. I have RMPS enabled I did read the FAQ, I'm hopeless, I've tried absolutely everything, anyone have the same problem and/or have any solution?

im probably the dumbest person on this planet, i've tried 5 hours to get this to work and when i realize in my cd drive there was the backup cd of stronghold (the one that is used to install) all the goddamn time in it instead of the one i burned with alcohol 120%, game is working perfect now, brb gonna jump off a bridge or something....

May I suggest that you slit your wrists while in a warm bath and being a bit high on PCP? The PCP will dull the pain, and I am told that it feels like slipping from reality, bit by bit... very interesting experience ;) Write a book about it if you survive! If you don't, save a spot for me in hell!

Stronghold 2 New Online Update: Working?
 

Awesomeness.. I'm glad it worked, There is a new online update available has anyone tried the image with this new update?

Heh, I belive he was just kidding even though I do agree it was a bit harsh but hey, maybe I'm just a carebear ;p.

I tried it with the new image and it worked aswell, but I did the same thing I did with yours though, didn't try it with alcohol just with daemon tools; maybe the new image allows us to use it with alcohol 120% aswell

I didn't actually upload the image. I just helped to clarify some steps to get it working. I think the problem with alcohol 120% is that it hasn't been updated in a while and developers, just as you and I could can tell it is running. I only use Alcohol for making images.. for this reason. Just to avoid any nasty developer tatics at stopping me from saving my Disc.

I more meant that there is a new update from Firefly which we can doenload from within the game. I haven't tried the image and Daemon with this update although I likely will when I get the chance.

I was just wondering if they had updated the EXE to look for Daemon & RMPS emulation, and if that stopped the image from working. Not likely as the price just dropped to $20 Retail.. They will likely end support for this game.
