Hey all,
Anyone ever hear of re-building this game so it doesn't over-work the laser? Store boughts and copies have the laser dancing around all over the place. I've heard tell it's because it's from EA and it's cross platform so the data is located hodge-podge all over the disc.

I'm sure my answer is what you'd expect, but if you put the game onto a hard disk (with HDLoader or a modchip, e.g. the DMS 4 that I have) then you will not only spare your CD/DVD but also have faster loading times.
