spellforce 2 update fails mini image
 

a new spell force 2 update is out hope we see a crack or a new mini image that will help with the update since i tried updating it and then couldnt use the mini image anymore:(

u using EURO version? which version has no SF?

i think its the euro version not sure and i was wondering there are two version of the update the download patch and the starforce dvd version patch maybe the download patch will work..

I have seen 3 versions of the patch.
Nr. 1: DVD-Starforce, usual DVD-Version in EU
Nr. 2: DVD-Tages, DVD-Version in Spain
Nr. 3: Starforce-Active-Pro, Internetsites like gamesload use it.

No sure about the US-Version, but I thought it's Tages.

I think it was clear, that a patch will make problems with mini images/cracks.
Rember SpellForce 1...
There were many patches.
And the most patches did also update the copy protection.
Sure there are also other games, but SpellForce was hard :)

P.S. Have you tried a 1:1 image? It didn't work with version 1.0, but a mini image did work...

Ha ha, I swear to god, those JoWood games are protected like nothing else out there!

1. They probably blacklisted illegal cd keys

2.Think they also updated to new version of Starforce that doesnt like DaemonT 4.03

3. And one other custom protection just to make sure

That is how you do it... release a game with bugs that has to be patched in order to be enjoyed. When groups release cracks and serials you change all of them and viola....
