FileForums - Alcohol 120 and Burn these two files (mdf, mds)

While I was searching the archive I found these two files

Seminer1.mdf
Seminer2.mds
Seminer2.txt

I am not sure how to burn these two files since I am not familiar with Alcohol

His instruction (Seminer2.txt)

1. mount with Daemon tools or virtual drives provided by Alcohol 120%

2. burn it with Alcohol with Securerom *New(4.x/5.x) setting and
enable the RMPS emulation provided by Alcohol/Daemon Tools

1- I have got alcohol, I have not got Deamon Tools.
2- I have not seen this option within Alcohol : Securerom *New(4.x/5.x) setting
3- How can I burn to a CD ?
