Call of Duty 2 private server patch v1.2
 

Hi guys!

I have some little problems with the private server patch for version 1.2.
I have change the .exe as it is discribed in the .txt. But no one can connect to my server :mad: . Why?

i know this soubds dumb but leave your server up and running for 30 minutes then connect... if you guys wanna play cod2 online go to favorites and add my server it rocks 66.55.131.126 a or go to www.uangames.com

I'm having the same problem... with the crack, no one can connect to my server...

Does this 30 minutes solution works? Does anybody tried it?

I had my server running last night before I left to goto a friends house to get his server configured.
A couple hours later after getting things ready we tried to connect to his.. Of course no go.
In attempts to figure out what was going on I connected to my server.
It worked fine.
I logged into my home machine and restarted the server and tried again.
Of course it wasn't working at that point, so this 30 minute delay is very possible.
From what I can tell it has to do with the cdkey verification.
What I believe, all the person did that released this multi crack was hex-edit the exe file and change the url for the cdkey server to something stupid..
(look in the server window after everthing loads and you'll know what I mean)..
What I think is happening is the server is waiting for a connection to the cdkey server and has to time out before it allows connections.
I've tried putting the original exe back in and editing the host file to redirect to a working ip address and the same thing basically happens.
Looks like this crack is bad and we'll just have to wait for someone to put out a correct crack.

We are having problems with this patch on our server, The best we can get is it works on 1.2 but its not very stable and kicks everyone randomly now and again also had to turn off punkbuster is it was getting verification somehow still :confused: :mad:

turn the key check off with punkbuster ;-)

find the command on evenbalance.com ( /sv_pb_guidrelax 4 )

1. I am not talking about the 30 minute wait... that is normal
2. PBGUID is relax 7 stilll no go !!!!!! people connect an d play and after 10 minutes server crashes!!!!!!!
3. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH MODS


so.... THIS CRACK I CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

without mods it works...
