Returned xbox360
 

Anyone here had to return their Xbox 360 to micro$oft because of it crashing and scratching games?? If so how long did it take to get it back??

Uh-oh, did you have one bite the dust? If you did, then send it in without the HDD and you might get another one back :p.

I haven't had to return one yet, but from what I've read on other forums it only takes 72 hours. First they mail you a box to return the system in (overnight). You send it in. Then within an hour after they get your defective 360 a new system will be airmailed to you overnight. Ofcoarse weekends I'm sure wouldn't count.

Its been 10 days since i sent it off in the cardboard coffin microsoft sent. If i dont hear from them tomorow i will be calling.
