360 Dead or Alive MU Issues
 

I'm hoping somebody can help me out with this problem because microsoft has been no help what so ever. Anyway before trading out my defective 360 I purchased a memory unit to save all my game files. All of witch transferred fine
Condemned, Quake4, Neeed for speed, etc. . However when I went to transfer the DOA file I got a message screen that said it was unable to transfer the file.
We did some trouble shooting, reformatting the card, changing memory card ports. I don't think its a hard drive issue the console works fine but freezes too often regardless of being kept horizontal & in an open area.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Some gamesaves simply cannot be transfered because the devs don't allow it. The saves are tied to your gamertag and storage device (or g-tag and console, not exactly sure). Therefore, the devs don't see a need for the ability to move it. Unfortunately, those saves are as good as gone :(.
