Need Help
 

Hey just got a dreamcast off a buddy who never played it because i heard of the possibilities with it. I am interested in putting NES, SNES and so on on it. I figured out how to do it on my buddies PSP but I looked all over on walkthroughs and couldn't find any straight forward instructions. Ive downloaded an SNES emulator from this site http://www.zophar.net/consoles/dreamcast.html and it had one that was for Nero. You open the file up with nero and its ready to burn for you. So I burn, pop it in the dreamcast NOTHING. So I got the manual one, read the instructions, those instructions lead to other instructions telling me to burn multi-session discs with audio tracks on it, then it throws all these codes left right and center and I have no clue what they are talking about. I am not a newbie to computers but definately to this. I have no clue what is going on. If anyone could guide me to a site or give me instructions it would help out a lot.

Best is SBInducer way - with it you can make easly snes and nes emus with roms on one disc.

Jump to http://consolevision.com/members/sbiffy/files/
and grab Sbindv4.exe
next go to Emus dir and grab sbi packs:
of Nes emu - best is NesterDC_7.1.sbi
and Snes - there are two good but not perfect: DreamSNES-0.9.8.sbi and Sfamicast_V1_bO.sbi. I'd prefer the first one :)

Install Sbindv4.exe and put your sbi packs to sbi subdir inside instalation folder.

put your nes roms to subdir games and snes roms to subdir snes in Inducer dir

Follow with tutorial...

...but do not burn it with 12x. The best is 8x

Hey, me again. I did what you said and it worked pretty good, it was quite easy but the problem I have now is when the selfboot inducer screen comes up It says Games and Emus on the menu. If I go to either there is nothing, it just says exit to menu. Also a small detail but in the boot program if I press start on the Dreamcast controller the screen goes black and nothing happens.
