Battle for Middle Earth II (game.dat error)
 

I've used DT4.0 to install BFME2
After install I replace game.dat with Reloaded file
Then I make sure the image is mounted and use CureROMlite to disable blacklists.

The game loads and goes through all cinematics and initial menus. Once I select a battle or tutorial (basically any game play) I get the load screen and then the game crashes. The error reports an issue with game.dat, which is the one I replaced from the gamecopyworld.com site.

Running XP.


Any suggestions?

curerom not reqd..use crack on GCW...also update nvidia drivers if u have their card

Thanks for your suggestions, however I've installed the GCW-crack (Reloaded) and I have all current drivers.

YES- Go & buy the game!!!
The game has not yet been released other than the preorder beta (No cracks etc. required)
