question about adjust laser voltage
 

hey all,
my model scph 3000-1 ps2 seems that it needs a laser voltage adjustment--
my question is not about the process of adjusting but a matter of where to find the pots and most importantly how to get at it.:confused: all the guides i find on the net are for other models, so any help will be appreciated.:D
