Perhaps it's because your CAPSLOCK is stuck on?

Joe Forster/STA 22-02-2006 03:52

Try it without a crack. Also, read the FAQ. Also, TURN YOUR CAPS LOCK OFF!

I'm also having the same problem. The FAQ didn't really help. The xp error message Im getting doesnt help either. Could there be a problem with the crack?

Edit: It's ok, installing windows xp SP2 solved the problem.

Hi, I'm having the same problem and it's crashing after the intro video.. I've tried running the windows compatibility wizard with it and tried using all the different settings.. No luck!

I know this is an old thread but i would love to play this game, if anyone has had any luck getting it to work over the years, please help me!

Thanks.

check that all files from the cd/dvd are present in the installation folder, if they are not, it can cause crashes...

try using process monitor / file monitor and look for any file access failures..

also, check if this happens when using the original exe and original cd/dvd, and latest patches, windows updates, drivers and so on, all covered in the FAQ (if any of you bothered to read it)
