If anyone here wants to attempt one and has knowledge in making a trainer, ill give you a starter for cash in game, its for the 1.2 patch.
At the following address there will be this 56A991 FLD [ESP+10] FMUL [esi+54] etc etc (it might not have been FMUL maybe FADD cant remember off heart now :P) The game credits are being pushed about in the register stack, but the following op codes after those may shed some light for you.. You may have to set a BP on the stack to find out where its being used. |

But I just got the game, and I'm no expert (and I like to play it and that gets in the way of making a trainer ;) ) so I'll attempt to do the best I can. Edit: The next thing I think I'll try is setting a BP on one of the credits adress. I guess thats the next logical step. Edit2: Also, it seems that no matter what I search for (like build %, etc) I can find the adress, but I can't freeze it. Whether I no-op it, or just plain freeze it I can't get it to freeze. Any suggestions on that? |
You could also just mod the game with these tools http://www.petroden.com/eaw_game_utility.shtml Really easy to mod, setting the values for how much the unit costs and how fast it builds or setting the money amount you start with at the beginning of the campaign. Really no use for trainers on this game.
Also if you every do get the chance, and you have a good Gaming machine, use this mod http://www.petroden.com/game_mods/lions_eaw_epicmod.ZIP It increases the amount of units you can have on the battlefield. |

The addresses you find are stack addresses, ESP is a stack register, so you will have to set a break point on the stack, and watch it, also further on there is a fcomp instruction, which also checks the value in the stack with a value it already calculated if they arent the same then the other value takes over. Like in other games like Fable, there is a check value for either player or NPC. Finding that could help you, not to mention then you could concentrate on the health meters etc. |
I got this message with that trainer. Is NOD32 just being extremely paranoid? Or is this normal?
"Win32/Keylogger.HotKeysHook.A trojan" |
I think this should be only taken as a warning; that hotkey hook DLL is being used for good purposes here, while NOD32 is, yes, a bit too paranoid. ;)

Ah, thanks. Used to use Norton just a short while back and didn't get anything like this. Oh well, better off paranoid with NOD than overconfident. :) |
I got it too work by making my image drive the d:/ drive
